Shahabad is a city and a municipal board in Hardoi district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Shahabad is also a Lok Sabha and Vidhan sabha seat. It is the site of the Tomb of Diler Khan, a governor in the time of Aurangzeb. There are also many tamples such as Sankta devi temple, Balaji temple and Baram Baba temple. The great Jama Masjid is here also. The Narmada is a famous place for picnic.
